Culti-Pakker is a front end mounted roller with a special tine profile that hits the soil on its flat side and leaves the soil with the point facing downwards. As the diameter of the roller determines the speed of rotation of the packer roller, the points will be wringed round in the soil owing to theit bigger diameter. This results in a considerably better packing of the soil and a finer surface.
